French bisque portrait-type socket head incised 11 with red and black Jumeau check marks (hairline middle of forehead, two hairlines above and below right ear), dark brown multi-stroked eyebrows, brown paperweight eyes with large pupils and amber threaded irises, painted upper and lower eyelashes, closed mouth, with generous lips, pierced ears with earrings, cork pate, long blonde human hair wig. Excellent early Jumeau body with blue stamp “Jumeau Medaille d’Or Paris” and separate ball joints at shoulders, elbows, and hips, attached ball joint at knee, straight wrists, and original coil neck spring. Redressed in appropriate silk organdy and lace with matching hat, vintage undies. Hairlines as noted. A gorgeous Jumeau face!
